Our territorial anchorage
Established in the Haut-Jura Regional Nature Park for 145 years, MOREL contributes to the regional economic dynamism by creating jobs and supporting local education. We also collaborate with other regional actors when organizing events, and promote the local agri-food sector through short supply chains and products from organic farming.
The transmission of our knowledge
Every year, we welcome interns and work-study students across all our departments, sharing with them our passion for eyewear and our expertise. We also take part in numerous conferences at French optometry schools and provide frames for their technical workshops.
In 2025, MOREL sponsored the Bachelor Lunetier Créateur of ISO Bordeaux.
Visits to our headquarters
We regularly organize visits to our site in Morbier, Jura, to showcase our Maison Marius Morel, our design and prototyping departments, as well as our workshops.

Friendliness and cohesion are at the heart of our culture. Since 2022, our gym has allowed employees to participate in various activities supervised by a coach. Internal events such as the summer barbecue, Halloween day, and Christmas lunch give our employees the opportunity to meet, connect, and strengthen interdepartmental bonds.
